Frequently Asked Questions on the Service
Not at all. You pay for the service you select. So a Pay monthly option means you have paid for the upcoming month. Giving notice during this time means our agreement to stop providing Website security service and payment is cancelled from then on. Similar applies to an Annual subscription.
On both the Basic and Premium plan payment isn’t taken till five days after subscribing to the service. This is deemed adequate time to see the service in action and confirm the decision to add additional secure measures in protecting your websites.
